2 experienced artists needed for studio, Tampa, FL

I have 2 open stations and would like to bring on 2 artists. I have owned my studio for 5+ years in the same location. I get a lot of repeat business. My studio specializes in women, first timers and discriminating collectors. 75% of the work is custom. Each station is a private room. Studio has a strong reputation and is located near Busch Gardens and USF, 3 blocks off major N-S freeway. Artists need to generate their own business and be able to market themselves. No drugs or alcohol on the premises during open hours, no dealers, whatever you do on your own time is your own business. If you are self-taught, a scratcher, or work at a flea market, you probably don't have the talent I'm seeking. Your earning potential is unlimited, it's up to you how much you make! I pay 50% and supply normal shop supplies. You will be required to pay for your own liability insurance as an add on to studio mandatory insurance and cost for addition to business license. All licenses are in place, health department loves this shop. I'm looking for talent and motivation!!
