I have been a client of splash of Ink for many years.. I got several pieces done. never have I had no bad experience .. its so crazy. to cause. all the times. I would be getting. tatted he would be so busy and his employees would. be doing absolutely. nothing and Dean had customers left and right... no one would come in asking for no one else besides. Dean!!! I personally think their. hating cause. they can't. do what Dean does ... I guess it is true haters do make you famous. .. cause Dean's. famous. :)
