Having a healing issue with Starbright blue

I have a tattoo that is not healing well. I got it over 6 months ago and its peeling, dry and feels cracked. Its mixed, country blue and powder blue, both starbright. I have had this ink before, out of the same bottle (we think), I am covered in tattoos. my artist and I have been going over anything different on this tattoo and are drawing blanks. any ideas? it just looks like my body is pushing the color out... its seems to be worse on the lighter blue parts and further down my leg. any ideas on this reaction?
