Looking for artist near Maryland

i all, I'm looking for some advice on artists near Maryland. I want someone who does really clean crisp color work for my sleeve. I'm a huge fan of Megan from NY Ink, but her prices are way out of my league! I've done a bunch of google searches but just can't find anything... was hoping you guys and gals can recommend some places
