Normal for new tattoo to have blurry gray edges as it heals?

I got a black phrase tattooed on my wrist 4 days ago. PHOTO of tattoo: http://i47.tinypic.com/2s0ivkz.jpg It was perfect and crisp when I first got it, and about 2 days ago, it began to get a gray halo around the edges. Is this normal? Will the blurriness go away (like inside the "e" and around the dot of the "i") as the dead skin sloughs off? Or is it what they call "blowout"? It was a very reputable place with a great artist. I know I need to wait it out and let it heal, but worry way too much and wanted to get some other thoughts to see if anyone else has encountered this and if it indeed will clear up as it heals. Thanks!

BLOW OUT! it happens to even seasoned artist sometimes. let it heal completlety see how it does highly doubt that shade is going to fade artist went too deep.
