Raised tat with scabbing over and over again

I got a tat 2 months ago..... i had it done by a guy that came recommended. He did the colored area on a friday night.....i went in the following thursday for the finishing colors on areas he didnt finish.... he then proceeded to re hit the area he had done already and now its swollen scabbing and bleeds a lot of the time.... it peels naturally and then scabs back up and has been doing this over and over and over.... i have used anti biotic creams as he told me to do and it doesnt seem to help at all..... wtf did he do to it and what can i do to try and salvage it??

what color is or was placed in that area? wash tattoo couple times a day mild soap and water use your hands no wash rags pat dry dont rub.you may want to let dry heal.not sure.can ya post a pic?
