Smudged/blurred lettering

Hi I had a tattoo on my foot a week and a half ago. Followed the advice from the tattoo artist with regards to aftercare. I had two lines from a poem tattooed, not my first so know the drill with aftercare. Problem with this one is that nearly all the letters have smudged/spread/blurred. Never had that before so getting a bit worried. A couple of letters look amazing, but as I said nearly all the others have kind of bled out wards. Praying this is just part of the healing process otherwise I'm going to have one hell of a mess on my foot!! :/
